NIC Asia Bank proposed 20 percent dividend to shareholders

Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank has proposed dividend. The 460th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank It is proposed to distribute 20 percent dividend (Rs. 1.94 billion) of the bank's paid up capital from the profits and accumulated profits of 2076/77.

 The meeting has decided to pay 19 percent bonus share of Rs 1.84 billion out of the proposed dividend and 1 percent cash dividend of Rs 97.2 million for tax purposes. The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders of the bank after completing the necessary regulatory process after the approval of the upcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting of Nepal Rastra Bank.
