Kathmandu. Prabhu Bank has proposed to pay dividend to the shareholders. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on Sunday has proposed to distribute 10 percent bonus shares to the investors.

It has proposed to distribute 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes on bonus dividends. After the proposed bonus distribution, the bank's paid-up capital will reach Rs 11.34 billion.

Investors will get the proposal made by the Board of Directors after the approval of the next general meeting.
