Kathmandu: Out of 27 commercial banks, 20 banks have declared dividend for the fiscal year 2076/077. Himalayan Bank and NIC Asia Bank are among the banks that have declared the most dividends. Century Commercial Bank has declared the lowest dividend.

1. NIC Asia Bank Limited

 NIC Asia Bank Limited has declared a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the last financial year's profit. Of this, 19 percent bonus and 1 percent cash dividend will be distributed.

2. Kumari Bank Limited

Kumari Bank will distribute bonus shares at the rate of 10.85 percent and cash dividend at the rate of 3.15 percent.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming annual general meeting.

3. Sanima Bank Limited

Sanima Bank Limited has declared a dividend of 13.60 percent. The bank has proposed to distribute 10 percent bonus shares and 3.60 percent cash dividend.

The proposed dividend has already been approved by the annual general meeting.

4. Nepal SBI Bank Limited

Nepal SBI Bank has declared a dividend of 9.47 percent.

It is proposed to distribute a total of 9.47 percent cash dividend to the shareholders of the bank from the profits of the bank for the fiscal year 2076/77 by giving 6 percent bonus share and 3.47 percent cash (for tax purposes).

5. Bank of Kathmandu Limited

Bank of Kathmandu Limited has declared 16 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The bank has proposed to distribute a total of 16 percent dividend with 13 percent bonus and 3 percent cash dividend.

The proposal has already been passed by the annual general meeting.

6. Citizens Bank Limited

Citizens Bank has announced an 11 percent dividend, including a 7.7 percent bonus share and a 3.3 percent cash dividend. The revised dividend proposed by Citizens will be distributed after it is passed by the General Assembly.

7. Himalayan Bank Limited

Himalayan Bank Limited has declared 20 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 076/77. The board of directors has decided to give 14 percent bonus share and 6 percent cash dividend.

8. Sunrise Bank Limited

Sunrise Bank Limited has declared a dividend of 8.28 percent to its shareholders from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2076/77. The bank has proposed to distribute a total of 8.28 percent cash dividend to the shareholders in the form of 5.80 percent bonus shares and 2.48 percent cash (for tax purposes).

9. Everest Bank Limited

Everest Bank Limited has declared a dividend of 10.53 percent to its shareholders from the accumulated profits of the Fiscal Year 2076/77. The bank has offered a total dividend of 10.53 percent with 5.53 percent cash (including tax) and 5 percent bonus.

10. Siddhartha Bank Limited

Siddhartha Bank Limited is going to distribute 15 percent dividend from the profit of the Fiscal Year 2076/77. The bank will distribute 12 percent bonus shares and 3 percent cash dividend.

11. Prabhu Bank Limited

Prabhu Bank Limited has declared a dividend of 10.5263 percent. Out of which 10 percent is bonus share and 0.5263 percent is cash dividend.

12. Machhapuchhre Bank Ltd.

Machhapuchhre Bank has declared a dividend of 10.40 percent. The bank has proposed to distribute a total dividend of 10.40 per cent to the shareholders in the form of 7.03 per cent bonus shares and 3.37 per cent cash (including tax).

13. Standard Chartered Bank

Standard Chartered Bank Limited is going to distribute 11.84 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year 2076/77. A meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on October 29 decided to distribute 7 percent bonus share and 4.84 percent cash dividend.

14. Nepal Bangladesh Bank

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited has declared a dividend of 8.42 percent. The bank has proposed to distribute a total of 8.42 percent cash dividend to the shareholders by giving 6 percent bonus shares and 2.42 percent cash (for tax purposes).

15. Global IME Bank

Global IME Bank Limited has declared its 16 percent dividend.

The bank has proposed to distribute a total of 16 percent cash dividend to its shareholders with 14 percent bonus share of paid up capital and 2 percent cash (for tax purposes).

16. Century Commercial Bank

 Century Commercial Bank has declared a dividend of 7.50%. The bank has proposed to pay 5.25% bonus and 2.25% cash dividend for tax purposes from the profit of the fiscal year 2076-77.

17. Agricultural Development Bank

Krishi Vikas Bank Limited has announced to distribute 15.7895 percent dividend. From the profit of the bank for the fiscal year 2076/77, it is proposed to distribute 15 percent bonus share and 0.7895 percent cash (for tax purposes) to the shareholders of the bank for a total of 15.7895 percent dividend. Lakshmi Bank has declared a dividend of 11.5 percent. The bank has proposed to distribute a total of 11.5 per cent cash dividend with 9 per cent bonus shares and 2.5 per cent cash (for tax purposes).

19. Nepal Bank Limited

Nepal Bank has declared 16% dividend. The bank has decided to distribute 12% bonus share and 4% cash dividend for tax purposes.

20. Megha Bank Limited

Mega Bank has proposed 13.05 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2076/07. The bank has proposed to distribute cash dividend equal to 3.05 percent of the bank's paid-up capital and bonus share equal to 10 percent of the same paid-up capital.
