Kathmandu. Nabil Bank Limited has proposed a total dividend of 35.26 percent including tax. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on December 22 proposed to distribute 33.5 percent bonus shares and 1.76 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from the profits of the last fiscal year 076/77.

 At present, the working capital of this bank is Rs. 10.97 billion 97 thousand. The bank has proposed to distribute dividend on the basis of the same capital. Nabil's proposed dividend is one of the best among commercial banks declared so far this year. Last year, the bank had paid a total dividend of 34 percent with 12 point bonus shares and 22 point cash.
