Kathmandu. Share prices of three commercial banks have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Share prices of Everest Bank, Prabhu Bank and Nepal Bangladesh Bank were adjusted in Nepse on Friday. The three banks had fixed the book-closing on Friday for the purpose of dividend and general meeting to distribute to the shareholders from the last fiscal year's profit. Along with BookClose, Nepse has set a new price by adjusting the share price in bonus shares.
According to Nepse, the share price has been adjusted to Rs 681 per share after the 5 percent bonus of Airvest Bank. Shares of the bank were last traded at Rs 715 on Thursday. There is a 5 percent bonus adjustment on the same price.
Similarly, Prabhu Bank's share price has been adjusted to Rs 341 per share after 10 percent bonus. Shares of the bank were last traded at Rs 375 on Thursday. A 10 percent bonus adjustment has been made for the same price.
The share price of Nepal Bangladesh Bank has also been adjusted on Friday. The share price has been adjusted to Rs 250 per share after the bank's 6 percent bonus. Shares of the bank were last traded at Rs 265 on Thursday. A 6 percent bonus adjustment has been made for the same price.
Similarly, the share price of RSDC Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has also been adjusted today. The share price has been adjusted to Rs 581 per share after the 9 percent bonus of microfinance. Shares of the company were last traded at Rs 633 on Thursday. The company has stated that there is a 9 percent bonus adjustment in the same price.
