Kathmandu. Forty-six companies have been approved to act as eligible institutional investors for IPOs to be issued through book-building method. Of the 62 companies that have applied to the Nepal Securities Board for the job, 46 have been approved. Banks, development banks, merchant banks and insurance companies are among those who have received approval.
After getting the approval from the board, they will now be able to participate in the IPO to be issued through book building method.
