Continuing the trend of bringing sophisticated services and facilities in a timely manner, the bank has launched a service where customers can request a new debit card online from any location and at any time using their mobile, laptop or computer.

Within the iServe, the debit card application process will proceed after the clients verify their bank account details and then the customer has the option to choose the Instant Card or Name Embossed Card and the branch that suits them.

At the end of this process, the customer will be informed from the bank that the application has been successful through SMS with reference code. The bank has also made arrangements to inform the customer via SMS and phone after the debit card is ready as per the customer's application. With the reference code, the customer will be able to get the debit card requested directly from the customer service counter directly at the bank branch without any hassle.
