IPO of women Mcrofinance are Oversubscribed, 60 times more than Applications

Kathmandu. The IPO of Mahila Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has received about 60 times more applications than the demand till Tuesday. As per the information given by CDS and Clearing Limited, 1,444,588 applicants have applied for 2,24,82,720 lots till 5 pm on Tuesday. Which is 59.95 times more than the demand. The company has issued 375,000 shares to the public since January 12. There is a provision to apply for this IPO till March 19.

Rs. Out of a total of 400,000 IPOs at the face value of Rs 100, 5,000 have been reserved for company employees and 20,000 for collective investment funds. It was possible to give a minimum of 10 lots and a maximum of 1000 lots when applying for an IPO. Currently, the company's paid-up capital is Rs. 60 million.
