Kathmandu. The Nepal government has issued a circular to all district administration offices to prepare for isolation and quarantine. Stating that the risk of corona epidemic has increased, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a circular to all 77 district administration offices instructing them to implement health standards.

The District Crisis Management Center (DCCMC) under the coordination of the Chief District Officer handles the management, prevention and control of covid in the district. The Center for Crisis Management (CCMC) at the center is a high-level mechanism to suggest decisions to the government.

Schools, other educational institutions, government buildings, etc. were quarantined and isolated during the Corona epidemic. The House has also directed the district administration to send details of quarantine and isolation that can be kept in readiness. It has been said not to be too crowded during Holi.

The House has also instructed the administration and security agencies to make the use of masks and sanitizers mandatory. It has been said that action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the Infectious Diseases Act 2020 and the Local Administration Act 2028. Spokesperson of the Ministry of Home Affairs Chakra Bahadur Budha said that a circular has been issued to follow the health standards keeping in mind the risk of epidemic and to make arrangements for quarantine and isolation of those who have been infected and those who have come from outside.
