Kathmandu. The general public is again in fear of lockdown. With the outbreak of the corona virus (Covid-19), which has spread like a global pandemic, there is a general fear that the government will crack down again.

The general public, who have felt some relief after being vaccinated against corona, are worried that the corona infection in neighboring India will increase rapidly and the same situation will be repeated in Nepal. With the rapid spread of the corona virus, the government has no choice but to shut down.

As the corona infection is on the rise again in India, the question of whether it will increase in Nepal and whether the government will stop it has started to arise from the people. One year after the corona infection, the risk is still the same. More than 40,000 people are found to be infected daily in India.

Last year, the number of corona infections increased in India and later in Nepal. There are many estimates that the same situation will not happen again. The home ministry said there was no immediate response to the strike. Home Ministry Information Officer Khumkant Acharya said there was no immediate plan to shut down.

 The government has requested that the corona virus not be overcrowded.
