More than 18 million units of four hydropower and one microfinance in the IPO pipeline

Kathmandu. In the stock market, four hydropower companies and one microfinance company are going to issue public shares (IPO) worth more than Rs 1.08 billion. According to the Nepal Securities Board, the companies in the pipeline for IPO issuance are Sahas Urja Limited, Sayapatri Hydropower Company, Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company, Manushi Microfinance Financial Institution and Dordikhola Hydropower Company. A total of 18 million 53 thousand 179 shares of these companies worth Rs. 1 billion 80 million 53 million 17 thousand 900 are in the process of being issued.

Sahas Energy Company has the largest share in the company. The company is about to sell 15 million shares worth Rs 1.5 billion.

Similarly, shares of Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company worth Rs. 337.50 million and Dordikhola Hydropower Company worth Rs. 295.19 million are in the process of being approved. The sales managers of these companies are NMB Capital Limited and Siddhartha Capital Limited respectively.

In addition, Sayapatri Hydropower is preparing to issue 900,000 IPOs and Manushi Microfinance Financial Institution is preparing to issue more than 393,000 IPOs. Once approved by the board, the companies will set an IPO issuance date.
