Kathmandu. A landslide in neighboring China's Tibet has reportedly blocked the Tamakoshi River. The District Administration Office, Dolakha, has issued a warning warning that the Tamakoshi River could be dangerous at any time.
He also urged the locals living in the coastal areas to be vigilant and stay in a safe place.
The administration said it had received information that the river had stopped flowing due to a landslide caused by heavy rains in and around the town of Rongchia in Tingri County in the Nepal-China region.
The administration has urged all locals to remain vigilant and move to safer places as soon as they receive any sign of danger as there is a risk of damage in the coastal area of Tamakoshi.
