Kathmandu. In a writ petition filed in the Supreme Court against the list of 51 companies made public by the Nepal Securities Board, the court has stated that there is no need to issue an interim order.
During the hearing on Sunday, Judge Dr. Kumar Chudal has issued an interim order stating that the undisputed right of the petitioner has not been affected.
Hearing the writ, the board has asked the opposition board to submit the reasons why the interim order should not be issued within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Regarding the petitioner's request to issue an interim order, the petitioner could not continue to issue the interim order as it did not appear that the publication of the various financial statements of various companies registered with the Opposition Securities Board for public information affected the petitioner's undisputed right.
