Kathmandu. Kantipur Television Network is going to issue an IPO at a premium price. The company is going to issue a total of 750,000 shares by adding a premium price at the rate of 100. Kantipur Television started broadcasting on 29 June 2060. Lately, television has been adopting high definition technology (HD).

For that purpose, the company has appointed Sanima Capital as the share issue and sales manager. On Thursday, Kantipur Television Chairman and Managing Director Kailash Prasad Sirohia and Sanima Capital's Chief Executive Officer Bhishmaraj Chalise signed the agreement.
