Kathmandu. After the integrated transaction between Kumari Bank and Nepal Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank, the branch office has also been finalized. Integrated transactions between both banks will be done on 17th of January. Accordingly, the branch office of both the banks will be merged and transactions will be done from the same branch.
According to the notification issued on Thursday, 60 branch offices of both banks will be merged. In which 30 branch offices of Kumari Bank and 30 branches of NCC Bank are merged into 60 branch offices.
Kumari Bank and NCC Bank will merge with each other and become an integrated business under the name of Kumari Bank. Branches of Kumari Bank and NCC Bank which are located at the same location are going to be merged from 17th of January.
Kumari Bank and Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCC) merged with each other and started integrated business from 1st of January 2023.
After the merger of Kumari and NCC, the consolidated business started under the name of Kumari Bank Limited. The merger proposal was passed by the special general meeting of both banks held on 25th of December. The National Bank gave the final approval for the merger to these two banks on January 6.
