28th  CAN Infotech exhibition will be held from February 8 and three lakh people more people will be visited

Kathmandu. The 28th edition of CAN Infotech Exhibition is going to be organized with the purpose of exhibiting new technologies developed in the field of information and communication technology.

The exhibition is going to be held at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu under the organization of Computer Association Nepal Mahasangh from January 24 to 29.

General Secretary of the Federation, Chiranjeevi Adhikari informed that the preparations for the six-day exhibition have reached the final stage. He said that Nepali innovation, talent and startups will be specially promoted in the exhibition this time. "In addition to branding, product launching, IT career counseling, colleges, startups and software pavilions will also be held in the exhibition.

CAN member organizations as well as national and international information and communication technology companies will participate in the exhibition. During the exhibition, the Nepal Tourism Board will also hold a conference on artificial intelligence, big data, machine learning, cloud computing and other technologies. The organizers estimate that three and a half lakh people will visit the exhibition.

For viewing the exhibition, a ticket of Rs 100 will have to be purchased, while a 50% discount has been arranged for students. Visitors can get information about the latest information and communication technology and equipment and purchase.

The general secretary officer informed that there are plans to hold exhibitions in Madhes province from February 5 to 9, in Far West from February 13 to 17, in Gandaki from February 26 to 30 and in Bagmati from March 2 to 6.
