With the implementation of the new guidelines, a large number of students going abroad on study visas from Nepal will be affected. In addition to that, the business of thousands of consultancies opened to send foreign students will also be affected, according to Hemantraj Dulal, vice president of the Independent Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal. After seeing that their business will be affected by the new guidelines, three umbrella organizations of consulting professionals have issued a statement and protested.
