Kathmandu, Mahalaxmi Corporate Cricket League 2023 title has been won by Prime Commercial Bank. Prime Bank won the title by defeating Machhapuchhre Bank by 40 runs in the final match held on Monday. Prime Bank's Kritartha Shakya won the Man of the Match award for the final match. Earlier, the semi-final match was played between Prime Commercial and NIC Asia and Mahalakshmi Development and Machhapuchhre Bank. In the first semi-final, Prime Bank defeated NIC Asia Bank by 31 runs.

Prime Bank's Pravesh Shrestha was selected as the Man of the Match in that match. In the second semi-final match between Mahalakshmi Bikas Bank and Machhapuchhre Bank, Machhapuchhre won by 5 wickets. Nishesh KC of Machhapuchcha was declared Man of the Match in that match. In the final match, Machhapuchchhe Bank won the toss and invited Prime Bank to bat. Prime's Kitarth Shakya scored the highest 24 runs. In terms of bowling, Machhapuchhre's Vishwas Dhakal took 2 wickets at the expense of 14 runs. Machhapuchhre Bank, who came into batting in response, made a total of 47 runs. Roshan Pathak scored 11 runs for Machhapuchhre. On the bowling side, Prime's Sunil Khadka and Kamalendra Shrestha took 2/2 wickets.

In this tournament, Samir Thapa of Kamna Seva Development Bank was declared the best batsman and Chetendorje Sherpa of Kamna Seva Development Bank was declared the best bowler. Similarly, Sanjay Giri of NIC Asia Bank won the title of best fielder. Ritesh Adhikari of NIC Asia Bank got the title of best wicket keeper. Prime Bank's Kritartha Shakya was selected as the best player of the Mahalakshmi Corporate Cricket League. Sunrise, NIC Asia, Rashtriya Commercial, Machhapuchhre, Prime Commercial, Lumbini Bikas, Kamana Seva and Mahalakshmi Bikas Bank reached the quarter final round in the 16 team participating competition.

The quarter finals were between Sunrise and NIAC Asia, Rashtriya Commerce and Machhapuchchae, Prime and Lumbini Development and Kamna Seva and Mahalakshmi Development Bank. Contestants include Machhapuchhre Bank, Citizens Bank, Himalayan Bank, Rashtriya Commercial Bank, Sunrise Bank, Prabhu Bank, NMB Bank, NIC Asia Bank, Prime Bank, Kumari Bank, Garima Bikas Bank, Lumbini Bikas Bank, Kamana Seva Bikas Bank, ICFC Finance, Sh. Investment Finance and Mahalaxmi Development Bank participated. Prizes have been awarded to the best players in categories such as the winner and runner-up team, Man of the Series, Best Bowler, Best Batsman, Best Wicket Keeper, Best Fielder etc.
