Kathmandu. A new working committee has been selected in Premier Insurance. The insurance company has six directors, two from the general shareholders' group and four from the founding shareholders.

Suresh Lal Shrestha, Prabhu Krishna Shrestha, Rajesh Lal Shrestha and Rajan Krishna have been appointed on behalf of the founding shareholders while Kedar Narayan Manandhar and Bal Ram Shrestha have been elected unopposed on behalf of the shareholders.
