Kathmandu, In the fiscal year 2076/77, five public corporations have earned a profit of more than Rs. 41.41 billion. According to the 'Annual Status Review of Public Enterprises 2078' made public by the Ministry of Finance, Nepal Oil Corporation, Electricity Authority, Nepal Telecom Company, Rastriya Banijya Bank and Krishi Vikas Bank Limited have earned the profit.

Nepal Oil Corporation has earned the highest profit of Rs 12.91 billion. Similarly, Nepal Electricity Authority is in the second place. NEA has earned a profit of Rs 11.38 billion.

Similarly, Nepal Telecom Company earned Rs 9.74 billion, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited Rs 4.37 billion and Agriculture Development Bank Rs 3.33 billion.
